Jon McNeill discovered a hack to scaling: hyper-growth requires simple frameworks to enable front-line employees to innovate more rapidly than centralized leadership structures can. Serial Entrepreneur u0026 Former President Tesla, Former COO at Lyft. Jon McNeill has deep experience as both an entrepreneur and an executive at scale. Jon has founded and scaled six companies, led teams creating tens of thousands of jobs and multi-billion dollar returns for investors. He is the 2012 Ernst u0026 Young Entrepreneur of the Year and in 2013 he was named “Most Admired CEO” in Boston. He was President at Tesla from 2015-2018 (where revenues grew from $2B to $12B during his tenure), before becoming the COO at Lyft in 2018 to help bring the company public (revenue growth from $800M to $2B). He began his career at Bain u0026 Company. He serves on the boards of Lululemon, TruMotion and the Brigham u0026 Women’s hospital in Boston. McNeill is a graduate of Northwestern University.
