Osaka Kyoto Film Photography Vlog

Visited Osaka and Kyoto for a couple of days and shot Cyberpunk 640T and my leftover Portra from Tokyo. Cyberpunk 640T is an alternative to Cinestill 800T which basically removes rimjet/anti-halation layer from motion films. This causes light to reflect within the film creating an orange halo around light sources, called halation.. . There’s not much information about this film in the open so hopefully some of these photos might be helpful if you are thinking of getting it. I shot it at 500 iso because I wasn’t sure if the film speed would be accurate at 640. Afew of the skies in my pictures were overexposed, but you would lose the highlights if it was properly exposed for the sky.. . I do think the quality control is subpar on the Cyberpunk as I found red streaks across my photos after developing and scanning. My guess is that the rimjet removal was not processed properly which caused the streaks.. . Music by Hiroshi Yoshimura
