Everett Railroad Springtime On The Martinsburg Branch

On March 19th wasn’t just a normal day on the Everett Railroad. Thia day was the first day of excursion service of Recently converted ex Bathe u0026 Hammondsport 2-6-0 #11. 11 ran as a coal burner from 2015 to 2021 when Alan Maples (the Owner of Everett Railroad) decided to convert the locomotive to burn Oil. The Conversions started from the end of the 2021 Steam Season and completed in the Beginning of March 2022 before Steam into the Cove. In this video, we follow 11 from Claysburg to Hollidaysburg on the ferry move and then we head out on the line to Martinsburg. We experience a mix of Sun, Rain u0026 Wind throughout the chase but we had a good time seeing what 11 can do now being an oil burning 2-6-0 in the Alleghenies. Enjoy!. .
