A Gorgeous Day Railfanning The New Hope Ivyland Rr Santa Claus Specials 112622

We spend the entire day railfanning this Pennsylvania tourist line from end to end capturing the half-hourly Santa Claus Specials. These are 3 separate trains operating with steam and classic diesel power. We hear the steam whistle and diesel Leslie S3L horns reverberate through the scenic countryside. There is also a PNE painted GP9RM with gorgeous K horn that was briefly substituting for the GP30 #2198. This is a great and scenic tourist line that serves the tourist mecca of New Hope, Pennsylvania.
